வேடிக்கைக் கணக்கு/puthir 4: யார் எவர்?

ஏபெல் மற்றும் பேபெல் என்பது ஒரு தொலைதூரத்துத் தென் கடல் தீவின் பூர்வீக இரண்டு பழங்குடியினரின் பெயர்.  அன்னியருக்கு அந்த இரு வகுப்பினரும் ஒரே மாதிரி இருப்பார்கள். பேபெல் வகுப்பினர் எப்போதும் பொய்யே பேசுவார்கள்.  ஆனால் ஏபெல் பழங்குடி உறுப்பினர்கள் எப்போதும் உண்மையே சொல்வார்கள்.

இந்த தீவுக்கு ஒரு ஆய்வாளர் வந்து மூன்று பழங்குடியினரைச் சந்தித்தார்.

"நீங்கள் எந்த பழங்குடியைச் சேர்ந்தவர்?" ஆய்வுப்பணி முதல்வரிடம் கேட்டார்.

"உம்ஷ்லுங்கன்," என்று அவர் பதிலளித்தார்.

"அவர் என்ன சொன்னார்?" என்று இரண்டாவது மற்றும் மூன்றாவது நபர்களை ஆய்வாளர் கேட்டார்.
அவர்கள் இருவரும் சிறிது தமிழ் பேசுபவர்கள்

"அவர் ஏபெல் சொல்லும்," இரண்டாமவர் கூறினார்.

"அவர் பேபெல் சொல்லும்," என்று மூன்றாமமவர் கூறினார்.

இரண்டாவது மற்றும் மூன்றாவது மனிதர்கள் எந்த பழங்குடியைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்?

English Version:

The natives of a remote South Sea island are all members of two tribes, Abel and Babel.  To a stranger they look exactly alike.  But the members of the Abel tribe always tell the truth, while the members of the Babel blood always lie.

To this island came an explorer and met three natives.

"Of what tribe are you?" the explorer asked the first.
"Chsz cinth cstrm," replied the native.
"What did he say?" asked the explorer of the second and third natives, both of whom spoke some English.
"He say he Abel," said the second.
"He say he Babel," said the the third.

To what tribes did the second and third natives belong?
